Legally Blonde – The Musical is a fast-paced, charming, and heartwarming musical based on the beloved film starring Reese Witherspoon, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year and helped pave the way for a new wave of “girl power” on the big screen. Through its blend of humor, heart, and unapologetic female strength, the story has inspired generations of women around the world to find their voice and dare to take up space.

The musical, like the film, follows Elle Woods – a fashion-loving and seemingly superficial ray of sunshine who decides to win back her boyfriend by gaining admission to the prestigious Harvard Law School. Once there, she faces prejudice, resistance, and entirely new challenges, but also finds friendship, inner strength, and a renewed belief in her own potential.

The production features catchy songs, vibrant dance numbers, and a host of unforgettable characters who both entertain and move the audience. It is a musical that makes audiences laugh out loud, sing along, and feel inspired by the power of believing in oneself – regardless of what the world expects.

Practical information

We allow bags up to A4 size (max 30 × 20 × 30 cm). Larger bags can be checked in at the Södra Teatern cloakroom, which is open throughout the event. We recommend arriving early to make entry smoother. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Cloakroom available!

Södra Teatern is located at Mosebacke torg 1–3. With limited parking nearby, we recommend using public transport. The closest option is the subway to Slussen, exit Götgatan. From there, walk up Hökens gata to Mosebacke torg.
