Please note due to the nature of live entertainment, all times including end of show times are approximate and subject to change and neither the event promotor or we can confirm what time the main artists will arrive on stage in advance.

We allow bags up to A4 size (max 30 × 20 × 30 cm). Larger bags can be checked in at the cloakroom, which is open throughout the event. We recommend arriving early to make entry easier.

Professional cameras or other professional audio and video recording equipment are not permitted inside the venue. However, mobile phone cameras and small compact cameras are generally allowed.

The event organiser decides whether photography is permitted and whether a particular camera is allowed inside the venue. The organiser is listed on the respective event page. See all events.

Due to the recommendations of the Swedish Public Health Agency on high volumes there is a general age restriction for concerts. It is incumbent upon the event owner to follow this, in accordance with the Swedish Environmental Management Agency. The age restriction is 13 YOA, even if the child is accompanied by an adult guardian. Exceptions are made for events that are specifically for children.

Some people may wonder why the onus is not on the parents to protect their child’s hearing, for example with earplugs. The intention of the general guidelines from the Swedish Public Health Agency is to protect the hearing of all children – even if parents are cognisant of how to protect their hearing or not. It is the responsibility of the event owner that the sound environment and sound levels do not cause harm to visitors’ hearing. According to Swedish law (The Environmental Code) the event owner cannot transfer the responsibility of protecting the hearing of visitors to the visitors.

Concert nights
For concerts, the minimum age is 18. Guests aged 13 and above are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Other days
From 4:00 PM, the minimum age is 20. Guests under 20 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

No, it is not permitted to bring your own food or drinks.

Main Stage (Stora Scen)

Wheelchair spaces for events at the Main Stage are located in row 6 of the stalls and can be booked through our ticket provider Tickster’s support team by email at [email protected] or by phone on 077-147 70 70. A wheelchair ticket includes one free companion ticket.

The entrance for wheelchair users is to the right of Södra Teatern’s main entrance, at Mosebacke Torg 1–3. From there, an elevator provides access to the stalls at the Main Stage. The elevator measures 110 × 160 cm, with a door width of 80 cm.

Unfortunately, there is no elevator access to the restaurant area.

Mosebacke Terrace (Mosebacketerrassen)

Mosebacke Terrace has a raised platform with spaces adapted for wheelchair users. These spaces can be booked online at tickster.se and via sodrateatern.com. You can also book through Tickster’s support team by email at [email protected] or by phone on 077-147 70 70. A wheelchair ticket includes one free companion ticket.

Wheelchair users and guests who have difficulty using stairs are welcome to use the entrance at Fiskargatan 3, where a member of staff will meet you. Please email us before the event to let us know what time you plan to arrive, and we will arrange for someone to meet you and show you the way.

Kägelbanan

Kägelbanan has standing-room-only spaces, which can be booked online at tickster.se and via sodrateatern.com. You can also book through Tickster’s support team by email at [email protected] or by phone on 077-147 70 70. A wheelchair ticket includes one free companion ticket.

Please note that Kägelbanan does not have a separate wheelchair area. You will therefore be situated among the other standing audience members.

Södra Teatern / Main Stage (Stora Scen)

An accessible toilet is located on floor 8, which can be reached by elevator.

Mosebacke Terrace (Mosebacketerrassen)

An accessible toilet is located inside Mosebacke Etablissement, directly adjacent to Mosebacke Terrace.

Kägelbanan

An accessible toilet is located to the right after the entrance, next to the cloakroom.

Södra Teatern / Main Stage (Stora Scen)
