Josh Wolf is a stand-up comedian, writer, and actor—as well as a New York Times bestselling author—who has entertained audiences on both stage and screen for over three decades. His roots in stand-up trace back to Boston and Seattle, which eventually led to him opening for some of the industry’s biggest names, including Larry the Cable Guy and Chelsea Handler.
After many years of touring, writing, and performing, Josh has established himself as one of the most respected comedians in the business. He continues to headline sold-out theaters across North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
Wolf gained widespread recognition as a comedian and panelist on the hit show Chelsea Lately, as well as a recurring performer on After Lately. Since then, he has created, written, produced, and hosted his own shows, including The Josh Wolf Show and Josh Wolf’s Wonderful World of Weird. As a podcaster, he co-hosts the popular podcast “Hey Maaan” with his son Jacob Wolf. The podcast is one of the few father-son collaborations in comedy and offers a unique perspective on family life, life on the road, and current topics.
Josh has also written for and appeared in popular TV series such as My Name Is Earl, All of Us, and Raising Hope. He was a recurring panelist on the acclaimed comedy show Lights Out with David Spade and has made numerous guest appearances on iconic talk shows like The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. As an author, he released the New York Times bestseller It Takes Balls: Dating Single Moms and Other Confessions from an Unprepared Single Dad in 2013.
Following his “High on Life Tour,” Wolf released his latest special, The Campfire Special, which blends music and stand-up and features a range of guest performers. The special marked his fourth in six years, further cementing his prolific career and dedicated fanbase. He later wrapped up the “Campfire Tour” after visiting dozens of cities across the U.S., before heading out on an international tour in 2026 with an all-new show running throughout the year.
In addition to touring, Wolf has a weekly residency at Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club in Las Vegas, where he performs every Sunday and Monday to sold-out crowds.
Through his strong presence on social media and YouTube, Wolf has amassed over 7.4 million followers and more than 280 million views on his YouTube channel—and continues to expand his reach while deepening his connection with fans.
