Tried Everything Except Stillness? Stress. Anxiety. Overthinking. Struggling to relax. Trouble sleeping. Many of us live with minds that never truly switch off. We look for solutions outside ourselves, often forgetting that the true source of calm, strength, and happiness lies within. As part of her international 2027 world tour, the internationally renowned Buddhist nun and meditation teacher Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong comes to Stockholm for a unique live event at Södra Teatern.

During this inspiring evening, she will show how meditation can help us manage stress, quiet negative thoughts, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and well-being. Drawing on Buddhist wisdom, she will share simple, practical methods that you can start using in your everyday life right away.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have experience, you’ll gain valuable insights and practical tools for living a calmer, more meaningful life. No previous experience is required. Everyone is welcome.

Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong has been a Buddhist nun and meditation teacher for more than 40 years and is one of the most senior teachers of modern Buddhism. She served as the Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition for 16 years and has taught thousands of people around the world.

She is admired for her rare combination of wisdom, warmth, and practical guidance, and for her ability to make meditation and Buddhist wisdom relevant to the challenges of modern life.

This is a rare opportunity to meet one of the world’s most experienced meditation teachers live in Stockholm.
